BABYBJÖRN Spoons

 

The BABYBJÖRN Spoon is designed to help your child eat by him or herself earlier. The BABYBJÖRN Spoon has a short handle that is easy for small hands to grip. The spoon is compatible with the shape of the BABYBJÖRN Plate and designed to make it simple for your child to scoop up food. Children up until about the age of three readily switch hands, so the spoon can be held in either the right or left hand. 

For children’s hands
The spoon is grip-friendly and is shaped to work with your child’s fine motor skills. A ring at the very bottom of the handle prevents the child’s hand from sliding too far down along the spoon. The short handle supports your child’s natural hand movements.

Well-conceived design
The bowl of the spoon is shaped to make it easy for your child to scoop food up. A raised area at the back of the bowl of the spoon helps nudge food towards baby’s mouth. The indentation on the back of the handle stops the spoon falling into the plate.
