Free shipping on all products when you spend $150 at Hello Charlie!
Please note that this does not include Western Australia, the Northern Territory and some regional areas of Queensland and Tasmania.
We do heavily subsidise postage in these areas, but cannot offer free shipping due to the high cost of shipping from Melbourne.
Delivery Costs
Unlike other companies, we subsidise your delivery charges, so that you can have the convenience of home delivery without exorbitant fees.
Nappy samples do not have extra delivery costs.
Victoria
Spend $150.00 and your order is posted free of charge. Flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $150.00.
NSW, ACT, South Australia, and Brisbane (including the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast)
Spend $150.00 and your order is posted free of charge. For all orders under $150.00, the flat rate is $7.50.
Tasmania
Spend $150.00 and your order is posted free of charge. For all orders under $150.00, the flate rate is $10.00
Please note that postcodes 7255, 7256 and 7257 (Flinders Island) are not eligible for free shipping.

Expected Delivery Times
We will send you an email confirming that you have placed your order with us.
We will then ship your order within 1 business day of receiving it, subject to payment, and send you another email to let you know your order has been despatched.
Orders placed before 10.00 am will be processed and sent same business day. Orders placed after 10.00 am will be processed and despatched the next working day. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.

What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox, letting you know that your parcel is at the nearest post office awaiting pickup. Please note that Australia Post will not redeliver if you are not at home for the first delivery.
You can give us an authority to leave (ATL). If you would like Australia Post to leave the parcel if you're not home, please put clear instructions of where to leave your parcel in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout.
Please note that neither we nor Australia Post can be held responsible for any parcels left this way.
