    Wonderful product. And the customer service was incredible.

    Wanted to love this but I can't

    The main issue with the rubber is the smell of it after its been washed, which gets worse the longer you have it, smells VERY strongly of rubber. My daughter liked this the first time but as the smell got stronger we all went really off it.

    Hi Maelle, thanks very much for your feedback. Can I suggest soaking it in a 50/50 mix of water and vinegar for a round half an hour to get rid of the rubber smell? Also, I can see from the picture that you've sent through that there's a whitish layer on the dummy. This happens when your dummy has been boiled and cooled in the water. Use a mild soap and water to remove this. Hope this helps! Vanessa xx

    Unfortunately, the natural rubber soothers are too big - they cover the nose which is not ideal.
