Ordering with Hello, Charlie! is easy. You can order at any time on our website at www.hellocharlie.com.au, or you can phone us on 1300 725 876.
To place an order through the website, you can browse for products through the navigation bar on the left hand side of each page. You can also search for products by entering specific search terms in the search box at the top right of each web pages. You can browse by brand, or by price within the categories.
Once you would like to purchase a product, you enter the quantity and add it to your shopping cart by clicking 'Add to Cart'.
When you have chosen all your products, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button in your shopping cart.
If you know what you want, you can quickshop by adding products to your cart directly from category or brand pages.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it any time by going to 'My Account' or 'Sign In'. Click the link that says 'Forgot Your Password', and enter your email.
You will receive two emails - the first to confirm that you have requested a password change, the second with your new password.
Copy and paste this password into the sign in page, along with your email address. Once you're logged back into your account, you'll be able to change your password.

Order the same thing every month? You can re-order by logging into your account and choosing 'View Completed Orders'.
Click on the order and you will be taken to further details where you will see a button that says 'Reorder Selected'.
Just tick the box to add items to your cart.
Order Assistance for New Customers
If you are a new customer, you can choose to create an account or to check out as a guest. If you create an account, you'll find it easy to track your orders, reorder the same items and find copies of invoices.
Order Assistance for Returning Customers
If you are a returning customer, simply enter your email address and password (default password is your surname).
You can change your password at any time by logging into 'My Account' and then 'Your Account Details'.
Add any items you wish to your shopping cart.
When you are ready to finalise your order, go to 'View Cart' and click 'Proceed to Checkout' or choose to pay with PayPal express.
Clicking 'Proceed to Checkout' will take you to a page where you can select your shipping address or choose to add another.
You will then be asked to choose your shipping method.
The next step is to confirm your order. Please enter any comments or order instructions here, as well as any Gift Voucher or Coupon codes.
You can then choose your payment methods.
If you have chosen to pay by direct deposit, you will see instructions for making payment.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately via email with your order number.
You can track your order status at any time by clicking on 'Order Status' at the top of any page of the Hello, Charlie! website if you'd like to confirm that we received your order.

You can log in and see your order status at any time. Log in to 'My Account' and choose 'View Order Status', or choose 'Order Status' from the top of every page on our website.
You will be able to see exactly what stage your order is at.
For same business day despatch, please place your order by 9am. Orders received after 9am are despatched the next business day.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please call us as soon as possible on 1300 725 876 and we will do our very best to intercept your order.
We try to ensure that the products listed on our site are always in stock, so that we can ship them to you the same or next business day. In the rare circumstances that we run out of stock, we will let you know before we ship your order.
We will tell you how long we expect it to be before we have the product in stock, and we will ask you if you would like us to:
wait until all products are in stock before shipping your order;
ship part of your order now and the remaining part as soon as the products are in stock; or
If you choose to ship part orders, there may be an extra postage charge. We will always let you know before we process your order if this is the case.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment by Visa , Mastercard , Paypal, money order, cheque or direct deposit. Cheques should be made out to 'Hello, Charlie'.
Please note that all payments must clear before goods are despatched.
We bank with Westpac. For payments by direct deposit, please use the account name of Hello Charlie. BSB 033091, account number 340545. Please use your surname as the reference, and email us a copy of your electronic banking receipt so we can match your payment to your order.
Please note that it may take up to two working days for direct deposits to hit our account, although it is usually next day.
