Shipping Calculator

Our shipping calculator allows you to calculate your shipping from the shopping cart. Simply enter your shipping state and postcode, and you will see the shipping options available.

Expected Delivery Times

We will send you an email confirming that you have placed your order with us.

We will then ship your order within 1 business day of receiving it, subject to payment, and send you another email to let you know your order has been despatched.

Orders placed before 10.00 am will be processed and sent same business day. Orders placed after 10.00 am will be processed and despatched the next working day. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.

Australia Post has the following expected delivery times:

To Melbourne:	next working day
Within Victoria:	1-3 working days
To Sydney and Adelaide:	2 working days
To other capital cities:	3-5 working days
To other interstate locations (including regional areas):	4-6 working days

Who do we ship with?

Australia Post

We use Australia Post for our deliveries, so you can be assured that you can receive all our wonderful eco friendly products anywhere in Australia. Postage to remote areas of Australia may take up to 6 working days.

If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver and you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. If you would like Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place, please advise us in the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note that if you give an authority to leave, we cannot be responsible for any parcels left this way, although we will of course do our best to help track any missing parcels.

We use a combination of e-parcel, express post satchels, and standard Australia Post services.

Express Post

We can also offer Express Post Satchels for urgent deliveries. These are charged at cost, and are available for items up to 5kgs. Bulky items, such as nappies, large toys and furniture cannot be sent Express Post.

Pickup

If you live locally, you can also arrange to pickup your items. Simply choose the 'pickup' option at checkout, then give us a call on 1300 725 876 to arrange a time for pickup. Our address is 17 Brisbane Street, Eltham, 3095.

What if I'm not home?

If you are not home, Australia Post will leave a card in your mailbox, letting you know that your parcel is at the nearest post office awaiting pickup. Please note that Australia Post will not redeliver if you are not at home for the first delivery.

You can give us an authority to leave (ATL). If you would like Australia Post to leave the parcel if you're not home, please put clear instructions of where to leave your parcel in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout.

Please note that neither we nor Australia Post can be held responsible for any parcels left this way.

Parcel hasn't arrived?

Please check our delivery times. We will send your parcel within 1 business day of receiving your order. If there is a problem with your order, we will email or phone you within 1 business day.

Check the estimated delivery times with Australia Post.

Call your local post office in case the delivery driver has missed you and taken the parcel back to your local post office.

Shipping Outside Australia

Hello, Charlie! freights primarily within Australia. However, if there is a product we have that you really want us to send overseas, please drop us an email at info@hellocharlie.com.au.

Please note that we don't ship bulky items overseas, such as nappies or furniture.
