It's so easy to join and use the Hello, Charlie! Shopper Loyalty Programme. Please see below for instructions on how to use, and the terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us on 1300 725 876 or email us at info@hellocharlie.com.au.
How do I join?
You will automatically join our loyalty programme when you purchase from us either online or over the internet, or when you sign up to our mailing list.
How do I earn points?
Points are awarded when you shop online, including discounted and sale products. Points are displayed when you shop, and also display in your shopping cart.
You can also earn points by recommending a friend. When your friend joins our mailing list, you will be awarded bonus points. To recommend a friend and earn bonus points, login to 'My Account', and click on 'Refer a friend and earn bonus loyalty points'.
Our newsletter will also have bonus points offers from time to time.
How do I check the number of points I have?
You can check the number of points you have at any time by logging into 'My Account', and clicking on 'Review Previous Orders'. Your points total will be displayed at the bottom of your order list.
To check that your friends have joined our mailing list and earned you bonus points, login to 'My Account', and click on 'Refer a friend and earn bonus loyalty points'. A list of friends that have signed up will be displayed. You will earn 10 points for each friend that joins our mailing list.
How do I redeem points?
When you reach 500 points, you can redeem your points for a $25.00 gift coupon, to be spent online in our store.
To redeem, login to 'My Account', and click on 'Redeem Points'. You will be sent an email with your discount code, which you enter into the 'Coupon Discount' box on the order page next time you order. Please don't lose this email, as we cannot replace lost gift coupons.
You may only redeem one $25.00 gift coupon at a time. Any unspent portion of the gift coupon will not be transferred.
Terms and Conditions:
- We reserve the right to change the rewards system, the rewards offered, terms and conditions, or to end the programme at any time without liability.
- Points will not be awarded on cancelled orders, or on products that are refunded or returned.
- Points will not be earned on your order when using your gift coupon.
- We reserve the right to remove points incorrectly awarded to your account. Hello, Charlie's decision will be final on any such decision.
- Gift coupons are redeemable only by purchasing online.
- Gift coupons can be used only once, and any unused portion of the gift coupon is not transferrable.
- Minimum amount of points to be able to redeem: 500 points. Maximum redeemable points 500 at any one time. Only one $25.00 gift voucher may be redeemed at any one time.
- Reward coupons are not transferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Reward coupons must be used within 12 months of issue, and if they are lost we cannot be responsible for finding them again or replacing them.
- The reward programme does not apply to wholesale customers.
- Points must be redeemed, and the gift coupon used within 12 months of last purchase, or they will be forfeited.
- Points will only be awarded where we have your full address, phone number and email address.
- Coupons will be emailed to the email address supplied by the customer. Customer is responsible for notifying Hello, Charlie! of the correct email address. Coupons cannot be issued by any other method.
- Customers must pay shipping on orders where gift coupons are used.
- Recommended friends must receive our mailing list for twelve months, or points earned by recommending the friend will be forfeited.
- Points will not be backdated for prior orders.
- Points are not awarded against orders paid for by direct deposit, or by manually authorised credit card transactions.
