Delivery Costs
Our delivery costs have recently changed. We subsidise your delivery charges wherever we can, so that you can have the convenience of home delivery without exorbitant fees.
Nappy samples are shipped at a flat rate of $2.00 per sample pack.
Victoria
Spend $150.00 or more and your order is posted free of charge. Flat rate of $5.00 for all orders under $150.00.
NSW, South Australia and Brisbane (including the Gold Coast)
Spend $150.00 or more and your order is posted at a flat rate of $5.00. For all orders under $150.00, the flat rate is $7.50.

Expected Delivery Times
We will send you an email confirming that you have placed your order with us.
We will then ship your order within 24 working hours of receiving it, subject to payment, and send you another email to let you know your order has been despatched.
Orders placed before 10.00 am will be processed and sent same business day. Orders placed after 10.00 am will be processed and despatched the next working day. If there is any delay with your order, we will let you know.
Australia Post
We use Australia Post for our deliveries, so you can be assured that you can receive Bambo Nature Disposable Nappies and our other wonderful eco friendly products anywhere in Australia. Postage to remote areas of Australia may take up to 6 working days.
If you are not at home, Australia Post will leave a card to let you know they have tried to deliver and you will need to collect your parcel from the nearest post office. If you would like Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place, please advise us in the delivery instructions at checkout. Please note that if you give an authority to leave, we cannot be responsible for any parcels left this way, although we will of course do our best to help track any missing parcels.

Couriers
We may occasionally use Toll Ipec or another courier service to deliver your parcels. If you are not at home, and Toll Ipec have to redeliver, Hello, Charlie! has to pay a redelivery fee of $20.00. To avoid these penalties, and help keep our costs and thus, our prices down, we ask that you give an authority to leave your parcel somewhere safe. If there is nowhere to leave your parcel safely if you are not at home when Toll Ipec delivers, we will not use a courier service to deliver to you.
As per Australia Post, please note that if you give an authority to leave, we cannot be responsible for any parcels left this way, although we will of course do our best to help track any missing parcels.
Please include your phone number and email address when placing your order so we can contact you should there be any delay.
Urgent Deliveries
For urgent deliveries, please contact us and we can arrange a courier delivery for a small extra cost.
