At the very top of every page on www.hellocharlie.com.au, you will see a link to 'My Account' or 'Sign in or Create an account'. Click on any of these links and you will be taken to a new page where you can enter your email address and password (default password is your surname) if you are a returning customer, or you can enter your details to create an account.

You don’t have to have an account to purchase from Hello, Charlie!

If you would like to be able to view past orders, quickly reorder, change your account details, etc, we recommend that you create an account.

Change your details

To change any of your details, simply log in as above, change whichever details you would like and click update. The changes will take effect immediately, and these will not affect any orders currently in our system.

Check the status of orders

You can see what’s happening with your order by logging in to your account and clicking on the link ‘View Order Status’.

From this page, you can select ‘View Order Details’ to see further information on the shipping or the status of your order.

You can also reorder from this page – saving you lots of time if you want to order the same products as last time!
