Hess Spielzeug Baby Rattle - Heart is a lovely wooden baby rattle, made from sustainable European beechwood and water based paints. It's easy to grasp, with a solid wooden heart shape, and painted wooden beads on a cord.

This baby rattle helps baby to learn about cause and effect: shake the rattle and you hear a sound. It's also a great baby teething toy to bite down on and ease sore gums. It's made from sustainable European beechwood, the materials are all saliva resistant, and everything like strings, glue and elastics are also safe and non toxic for baby.

    Great size and shape

We got this item because my daughter kept gagging on her rubber teether that was quite thin. This item is great! It's a lot thicker and the round shape means she can't put it down her throat far. It's the perfect size for her to wrap her hand around. I love that it's wooden and painted with safe paint. She also loves to bang it on hard surfaces and make a noise...just be sure your hands are out of the way to avoid getting hit yourself!
