Moltex Eco Nappy Samples

We're pleased to be able to offer samples of Moltex nappies. We know that it's good to be able to try before you commit to buying a full pack or carton, so we offer samples across all our ranges of eco disposable nappies.

Babies come in all different shapes and sizes and they all eat and drink different quantities. You may find that although the baby is still within the recommended weight range for the size, the next size up is more absorbent and has a better fit, especially at night.

There is an overlap in sizes in the larger nappies to take into account that by the time babies reach this weight range, there can be a much bigger discrepancy in ages and shapes, which may mean that one 13kg baby is fine in the maxi size, but another 13kg baby needs the maxi plus.

Moltex eco nappy sizes are:

  • Newborn 2-4kgs
  • Mini: 3-6 kgs
  • Midi: 4-9 kgs
  • Maxi: 7-18 kgs
  • Junior: 11-25 kgs
  • XL: 16-30kgs

Each sample pack contains two nappies.

The current nappy (that I am quite happy with but is not sold here) that we use with my almost 2year old does not make newborn or size 1 nappies. With a new baby expected soon I wanted to buy some newborn nappies however to take advantage of the bulk nappy deals I would have to risk committing to a stack of nappies I have not tried on a baby or even held in my hands to inspect.
Instead I ordered a sample of a few of the brands I was interested in such as moltex, and tried them out on my 2 year old. 2 nappies in a sample gives a good trial and I ordered the two sizes in moltex that over lap his weight range to get a good feel for how the brand fits overall.
These nappies felt the most slim under clothing and seemed most similar to what we were previously using when it co e to fit and feel. To be honest I ended up asking my son which of the three he wanted to wear again as my chosen method as you can't really go wrong here and he chose these. But I felt confident with going ahead with a big bulk purchase only after getting to use and see these samples

This nappy fit my daughter ok, but I found that it didn’t have a back elastic so on those pop explosion occasions it could shoot up the back easier.
